David Lord has worked for Halifax Estates for 25 years and has been Agent since 1990. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Association of Agricultural Valuers.

Assistant Agent
Thomas Campion has been Assistant Agent on Garrowby since April 2006 and is heavily involved in all aspects of estate management. Thomas is a chartered surveyor who has had previous experience on estates in North Wales and Oxfordshire.
S C Richardson ACA
Estate Accountant
Sue Richardson joined the Estate Office team in June 2009. She is a Chartered Accountant who worked in a London accountancy firm for many years before moving up to Yorkshire. Sue manages the accounts department and is also the office manager.
M N Barmby
Clerk of Works
Malcolm Barmby was employed as Building Foreman on Garrowby Estate for 7 years until being promoted to Clerk of Works in June 2009. He is responsible for all building maintenance on Halifax Estates, which involves co-ordinating the workloads of the builders and joiners, together with managing the many contractors that are employed by the Estate.
